Owns marketing metrics, analyst relations, sales impact, pipeline generation, and market awareness, serving as a subject matter expert in data protection and cloud security.

Technical steward for Workday and HR systems: design backend architecture, build and maintain integrations (Studio, EIB, APIs), enforce security and governance (RBAC, SoD, SOX/ITGC), manage releases, troubleshoot escalations, and collaborate with IT Security and stakeholders.

Troubleshoot packet-level and production issues using captures, logs, and metrics, while monitoring and resolving global-scale service alerts.

Drive pre-sales technical engagements to exceed sales targets: present Netskope solutions, lead demos and POCs, gather requirements, manage evaluations, resolve customer issues, feed product feedback, and represent the company at trade shows and conferences. Heavy regional travel required.
