Serves as the primary HR contact for Japan-based employees, providing bilingual guidance on policies, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, engagement, and benefits. Partners with local leaders and global HR teams to support cultural transformation, ensure Japanese labor-law compliance, improve HR processes, and prepare reporting and analysis. Develop deployment, infrastructure, configuration, observability, and operational automation; troubleshoot complex production issues across applications, networking, and cloud platforms; improve scalability and reliability; support on-call operations; and contribute to technical initiatives, tooling, runbooks, and engineering best practices.

Build and operate Kubernetes-based data security services across public cloud, private cloud, and on-premises environments. Develop deployment, infrastructure, configuration, observability, and operational automation; troubleshoot complex production issues across applications, networking, and cloud platforms; improve scalability, reliability, and operational readiness; maintain runbooks; and participate in production support and on-call rotations. The role also uses AI-assisted development tools for engineering automation and troubleshooting.

Lead technical enablement for SEs by building repeatable architectures, POV methodologies, and competitive displacement playbooks. Embed in deals, coach SEs, accelerate ramp and POV velocity, run global accreditation and onboarding programs, and align pre- and post-sales to measurably improve win rates and deal-stage conversions.

Sell cloud and network security solutions into regional and local government accounts: prospect, qualify, close new business, develop account strategies, drive customer satisfaction and retention, and cultivate channel partner relationships within the territory.

Provide L1/L2 endpoint and enterprise app support while building AI-driven self-service, automations, and knowledge articles to reduce ticket volume. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, assist onboarding/offboarding, analyze ticket trends, and collaborate on problem resolution and AI tool evaluation.

Drive new and existing enterprise account sales for Netskope cloud security solutions. Prospect, qualify, develop, and close complex deals; build account strategies; exceed revenue targets; maintain customer satisfaction and retention; and develop channel partner relationships while traveling within the region.

Design, implement, and enhance macOS client security endpoint software in C++. Develop multi-threaded, cross-platform code, collaborate with product and QA, write unit tests, and ensure reliability, scalability, and observability for enterprise cloud security solutions.
