Lead the architecture and technical direction of Secure Web Gateway products. Architect, build, and scale secure, high-throughput Golang microservices for Netskope’s AI Gateway across SaaS and hybrid environments. Design distributed systems supporting streaming LLM responses, proxy routing, and enterprise security. Debug complex Kubernetes, networking, TLS, and asynchronous-service issues; participate in on-call ownership; and drive architectural reviews, code quality, mentorship, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Drive partner technical enablement and channel sales by building relationships with partner SEs, delivering demos, trainings, proof-of-concepts, evaluation plans, and technical support to expand Netskope adoption.

Manage Netskope’s reseller and VAR relationships, exceed regional sales quotas, recruit new partners, and execute regional business plans. Lead partner enablement, product and sales training, marketing events, demand generation, deal registration, pricing, and incentive processes. Collaborate with regional sales, sales engineering, and leadership teams to grow revenue. Build executive-level partner relationships, articulate Netskope’s competitive advantages, and improve channel processes. The Senior Systems Engineer role involves implementing strategies and solutions for production services, developing and automating complex computing systems, and acting as a subject matter expert for Netskope products.

Operate and improve production data infrastructure across large-scale distributed cloud systems. Monitor performance, manage alerts, respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, automate repetitive tasks, support CI/CD pipelines, document runbooks, and assist with capacity planning.
