Design, implement, and operate Mercury's prudential regulatory compliance program (initial focus on Regulations W and O). Build policies, controls, governance, and monitoring; advise senior management; partner cross-functionally; provide training; and maintain compliance documentation to support bank charter readiness.

Lead the design vision for Mercury's Accounting Integrations: translate complex accounting workflows into intuitive product experiences, define interaction patterns and visual language, partner with Product/Engineering/Data/Research, drive automation balanced with trust and user control, and raise design quality through exploration, experimentation, and strong craftsmanship.

Provide primary legal support for Mercury Treasury and Mercury Invest across the product lifecycle—drafting disclosures, advising on regulatory compliance with the SEC/FINRA, supporting examinations, collaborating with product, engineering, compliance, and operations, and using AI tools to streamline legal workflows. Help shape product design, marketing content, and operational processes to meet regulatory requirements while enabling scalable, customer-focused solutions.

Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM and Advanced Compensation modules. Build reports, dashboards, and calculated fields; manage Workday security and worker lifecycle events; support organizational changes, acquisitions, and global expansions; document configurations and testing; partner with People and Compensation leaders to implement AI-driven HR solutions and streamline compensation and staffing processes.

Lead and execute Mercury's go-to-market and partnership strategy in the AI and developer ecosystem. Prospect, negotiate, and close high-leverage integrations with AI platforms, developer tools, and communities. Own partnership lifecycle from sourcing through integration scoping, activation, and joint GTM. Represent Mercury at conferences and online communities, feed ecosystem insights into product and partnership roadmaps, and co-build integrations that embed Mercury as the financial infrastructure layer for AI-native businesses.

Own and build Mercury's enterprise partnerships motion by sourcing and closing platform-scale, embedded finance and API-driven distribution deals. Lead outreach to C-suite partners, architect bespoke integration and commercial structures, model deal economics, and coordinate cross-functional teams from negotiation through legal close, integration, and launch.

Lead and evolve Mercury's design language and systems at scale, defining type, color, and iconography. Partner with Brand, engineers, and leaders to translate visual decisions into maintainable components, coach designers, and set organization-wide craft standards and guidelines.

Lead CS data strategy, ensuring CS systems (Zendesk, AI agent) capture clean, connected data; build unified reports and dashboards; set data governance and hygiene standards; oversee AI chatbot analytics; translate insights into recommendations; partner cross-functionally to optimize systems and document reporting processes.

Build and maintain reusable UI components, foundations (tokens, type, color, layout), and prototyping experiences. Lead design-system projects with high accessibility, performance, and pixel-level craft. Apply AI to improve design-system workflows, mentor teammates, and drive product-focused decisions that scale across product teams.

Lead and execute hands-on IT and security audits across Mercury. Scope and plan audits, perform walkthroughs and control testing, assess compliance and technology risks, document and report findings, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive remediation and follow-up.
