Manage a portfolio of mid-market and emerging enterprise customers throughout the post-onboarding journey. Drive product adoption, customer health, retention, renewals, and expansion through regular engagement, QBRs, enablement, and technical guidance. Reduce toil via automation and CI/CD, use LLM-assisted tooling, collaborate across teams, and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to maintain platform reliability and security.

Design, build, and maintain Chromium-based browser components in C++ across multiple layers. Harden browser isolation and network infrastructure using networking and HTTP security expertise. Build AI agent and MCP integrations, develop supporting tools in Python or Rust, and deploy cloud infrastructure with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Optimize high-scale systems and collaborate with product, security, and AI teams.

Owns an end-to-end product area within Menlo Security’s agent runtime security platform. Responsibilities include researching agent security, identity, protocols, and competitors; writing PRDs and acceptance criteria; managing backlogs; partnering with engineering through releases; prototyping with AI tools, MCP clients, and agent runtimes; tracking adoption and success metrics; enabling support and solutions engineering; and supporting customers, sales, marketing, and competitive positioning.

Owner of the company HR technology stack and people analytics: administer HRIS and ATS (Ashby), manage integrations and data integrity, build Tableau dashboards, surface workforce insights, automate manual processes, support recruiting tech and employee lifecycle data, and partner with HR, Finance, and IT to drive scalable HR tech strategy.

Generates qualified enterprise pipeline across EMEA through cold calling, multichannel outreach, lead qualification, and meeting scheduling. Manages complex multinational accounts, tailors messaging to regional markets, and partners with field sales and channel partners. Uses Salesforce and AI tools for account research, outreach, CRM management, and call summaries. Supports field events, contributes effective outbound playbooks, and mentors newer BDRs. Occasional travel within EMEA is required.

Design and execute manual and automated testing for web applications, APIs, and backend services. Build regression, smoke, and critical-path automation suites; validate functional, integration, end-to-end, and non-functional requirements; identify and track defects; verify fixes; and collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams. Use AI-assisted tools for test generation, flaky-test triage, and log analysis while improving QA processes, tooling, coverage, and release quality.

Generate qualified Public Sector pipeline through cold outreach, partner engagement, and AI-assisted research. Book and nurture meetings, manage leads in Salesforce, support target account programs, and coordinate prospect attendance for field events. Occasional travel required.

Customer-facing technical pre-sales role: scope and architect security solutions, lead proofs-of-concept, enable partners, use AI-assisted tools for sales support, and relay field feedback to Product and Engineering.
