Own pipeline reliability and SLAs, evolve schemas, optimize SQL and data processing, build backend services and AI-assisted data tools, and mentor engineers. Collaborate with engineering, product, machine learning, and data science teams to improve routing quality and travel-time accuracy.

Manage enterprise customer relationships for Lyft Business, partnering with Fortune 500 organizations to design, sell, and implement transportation solutions. Drive account growth through upsells and cross-sells, maintain sales pipelines and forecasts, conduct business reviews, and develop account strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Sales Operations while representing customer needs and promoting Lyft Business products.

Build backend infrastructure and APIs to integrate Lyft with emerging AI ecosystems and devices. Design scalable distributed systems, mentor engineers, drive high-impact projects, write and review maintainable code, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver production-grade AI-enabled features.

Lead planning, workforce, vendor, and readiness functions for Customer Care. Build financial models, drive capacity and OKR execution, manage BPO vendor relationships, enable integrations and product launches, and hire and develop high-performing teams to scale operations and AI adoption.

Lead Lyft's M&A legal function, managing complex buy/sell-side and cross-border transactions, integrations, divestitures, financings, and joint ventures. Mentor and run an in-house M&A team, partner with Corporate Development, Treasury, and cross-functional stakeholders, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and scale legal processes and playbooks to support corporate strategy.

Lead analytics for Safety & Customer Care by partnering cross-functionally to define metrics, build dashboards, design and analyze A/B tests, monitor KPIs, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve customer support experience and inform senior leadership.

Serve as the bridge between People teams and engineering to architect AI-first HR/People solutions. Define roadmaps, design business processes, write requirements/user stories, and guide integrations across Workday, ATS, and boundary apps. Drive AI-enabled automation, responsible AI frameworks, ROI cases, data/privacy compliance, and support M&A People systems integration while influencing stakeholders and ensuring delivered solutions meet business objectives.

Leads Lyft’s political campaign strategy, legislative advocacy, and ballot initiative efforts while managing federal and state PAC operations. Develops campaign plans, budgets, timelines, messaging, coalitions, and stakeholder relationships. Owns political contribution strategy, fundraising initiatives, compliance with campaign finance laws, political giving cycles, and executive briefings. Coordinates cross-functional work across policy, communications, legal, product, and marketing teams.
