Supports FP&A for Lyft Urban Solutions through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, monthly close, reporting, and leadership presentations. Builds long-term RFP bid models covering fleet sizing, capital deployment, costs, scenarios, and profitability. Partners with Operations, Commercial, and Accounting teams, improves financial processes and automation, synthesizes data from Oracle and fleet systems, and communicates recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Lead the architecture and technical direction of Lyft’s mapping data platforms, including offline experimentation tooling, route simulation services, scalable pipelines, data governance, and observability. Own pipeline reliability and SLAs, evolve schemas, optimize SQL and data processing, build backend services and AI-assisted data tools, and mentor engineers. Collaborate with engineering, product, machine learning, and data science teams to improve routing quality and travel-time accuracy.

Owns end-to-end roadmap and execution for Global Growth design programs. Partners with design, engineering, marketing, legal, and product teams to scope work, establish timelines, manage delivery, and prioritize competing initiatives. Develops workflows, tracks project health and utilization, facilitates design reviews and planning sessions, and promotes effective use of AI tools, Figma, Jira, and related systems across the design organization.

Owns end-to-end roadmap and execution for Global Growth design programs. Partners with design, engineering, marketing, legal, and product teams to scope work, establish timelines, manage delivery, and resolve operational challenges. The role develops workflows, tracks project health and team utilization, leads prioritization, and facilitates design reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions. It also applies AI tools to improve program management workflows and support adoption across the design organization.

Build and launch reliable, scalable pricing and rider-engagement systems for Lyft’s marketplace. Responsibilities include leading projects and features, developing tested backend code in Python or Go on AWS, solving distributed systems and concurrency challenges, collaborating cross-functionally, participating in code reviews and on-call rotations, and promoting engineering best practices. The role may also involve real-time machine learning serving and experimentation systems.

Manage enterprise customer relationships for Lyft Business, partnering with Fortune 500 organizations to design, sell, and implement transportation solutions. Drive account growth through upsells and cross-sells, maintain sales pipelines and forecasts, conduct business reviews, and develop account strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Sales Operations while representing customer needs and promoting Lyft Business products.

Build backend infrastructure and APIs to integrate Lyft with emerging AI ecosystems and devices. Design scalable distributed systems, mentor engineers, drive high-impact projects, write and review maintainable code, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver production-grade AI-enabled features.

Lead Lyft's AI transformation for developer productivity by owning roadmap, prioritizing work, running cross-functional programs end-to-end, partnering with engineering to build AI-native workflows, defining success metrics and adoption goals, and ensuring program health and stakeholder alignment.
