Lead product vision and strategy across Kiva’s B2C and B2B audiences, initially focusing on high-net-worth individuals. Identify opportunities, prioritize problems, define KPIs, conduct user research, shape requirements and prototypes, and partner with engineering, design, marketing, and strategic partnerships to deliver impactful products. Own roadmap communication, tradeoffs, experimentation, and results while supporting growth and financial inclusion.

Monitors institutional investment partners across Europe and Asia, analyzing financial and risk data, conducting due diligence, supporting portfolio management, and maintaining partner documentation. The role also assists with onboarding, training, compliance monitoring, operational support, and preparation for onsite reviews. It requires strong financial statement analysis, communication, relationship management, organization, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
