Engage actuarial, underwriting, and pricing leaders to understand models, workflows, and modernization goals; translate needs into solution proposals; guide stakeholders through enterprise software evaluations and commercial agreements; identify opportunities, build pipeline, represent Guidewire at industry events, and relay customer needs to product and engineering teams.

Develop and enhance Guidewire’s InsuranceNow product through hands-on Java backend coding, automated testing, defect resolution, and secure software design. Responsibilities include translating requirements into designs, supporting CI/CD pipelines, addressing application security findings, and improving service scalability, availability, and data security. The engineer collaborates with product, QA, operations, and insurance domain teams in an agile, cross-functional environment.

Perform end-to-end ETL and data migration testing, including SQL-based source-to-target validation, reconciliation, transformation checks, data quality assessment, and non-functional testing. Create test plans and cases, validate Guidewire and downstream data, investigate defects using SQL and logs, and track issues through Jira. Collaborate with data engineers, migration teams, functional QA, architects, business analysts, and customer stakeholders while maintaining reusable testing assets and reporting risks and progress.

Leads the transformation of Sales Operations into an AI-first organization by defining strategy, identifying automation opportunities, redesigning workflows, and architecting AI solutions across CRM, data, and enterprise platforms. Designs agents, RAG systems, and intelligent workflows; partners with Engineering and IT on integrations, governance, security, and scalability; establishes evaluation and observability standards; and drives enterprise adoption and executive alignment.

Manage AP operations for the AMER region including expense report auditing, vendor onboarding, global corporate card administration, vendor master maintenance, month-end support, SOP creation, SOX compliance, and process improvement using Oracle Fusion, Concur, Coupa, Excel, and related tools.

Provide technical support for Guidewire Cloud Platform customers across cloud and on-premise environments. Research and resolve customer cases, troubleshoot integrations and custom configurations, maintain technical documentation and runbooks, and collaborate with product development and operations teams. The role requires hands-on AWS, Docker, Linux, and Kubernetes experience, along with knowledge of networking, databases, Java web applications, cloud architecture, and CI/CD. It is based in Bengaluru with a hybrid schedule and supports 24x7 customer service.

Lead product ownership for PricingCenter's pricing engines and rate execution. Define and deliver deployment, versioning, testing, validation, integrations, governance, and scalability capabilities. Work closely with engineering, UX, actuarial SMEs, services, and customers to prioritize, deliver, and measure outcomes for enterprise insurer customers.

Drive enterprise software sales to new and existing P&C insurance customers. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, build executive relationships, lead post-sale expansion, deliver presentations, develop proposals, monitor competitors, maintain pipeline reports, and represent Guidewire at industry events. The role requires insurance industry expertise, enterprise sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and approximately 30% travel.

Own the architecture and evolution of test automation frameworks for Guidewire Cloud and AI-powered services. Build API, UI, data, contract, and performance automation; integrate testing into CI/CD; and develop AI-driven testing capabilities. Establish standards for distributed, containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, improve observability and reliability, define quality objectives, and mentor engineers across teams. The role requires deep expertise in software testing, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and automation architecture.
