Own and grow a Commercial and Enterprise customer portfolio through the full software sales cycle. Build and operate scalable tenant controls and rate-limiting systems while integrating agentic AI into production engineering workflows.

Provides advanced technical support for GitLab deployments serving U.S. government customers in secure, air-gapped, and regulated environments. Investigates Linux, application, infrastructure, and code issues; analyzes logs and performance; develops troubleshooting tools and documentation; partners with Engineering and Product; participates in on-call rotations, customer support, hiring, and process improvement.

Manages a globally distributed team of Assigned Support Engineers serving enterprise customers. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance management, escalation leadership, customer recovery planning, cross-functional coordination, KPI tracking, capacity planning, process improvement, automation, and communicating customer outcomes and ROI.
