Research prospects, execute multichannel outreach using phone, email, and social platforms, and track activities in Salesforce. Leads product strategy and adoption for GitLab’s AI-powered software creation experience. Owns the journey from discovery and onboarding through activation, retention, conversion, and expansion across individual developers, teams, administrators, and buyers. Uses customer research, product analytics, funnel and cohort analysis, and experimentation to identify friction, measure outcomes, and improve growth. Partners cross-functionally across GitLab to create a coherent AI Software Factory experience and drive enterprise B2B product-led growth.

Own and grow a Commercial and Enterprise customer portfolio through the full software sales cycle. Responsibilities include prospect discovery, solution alignment, negotiation, closing, pipeline documentation, account leadership, win/loss analysis, and customer relationship development. The role partners with business development, marketing, technical, and customer success teams; communicates GitLab’s DevSecOps value proposition; contributes product feedback; and improves sales processes and documentation.
