Provide technical support for Dialpad’s cloud communications platform, managing carrier escalations, trouble tickets, interoperability issues, network monitoring, DID probes, and test calls. Diagnose customer issues ranging from basic product questions to complex VoIP and networking problems, escalate bugs, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product. Maintain service levels, improve support processes, educate users, and help scale the support model.

Leads global and national partner marketing programs for Google Cloud and T-Mobile, driving partner engagement, pipeline, and revenue. Build scalable automated testing frameworks for AI Contact Center systems. Develop UI, API, database, functional, regression, end-to-end, capacity, security, load, and performance tests. Own test strategy, create instrumentation for non-deterministic AI behavior, analyze failures, define quality KPIs, integrate tests into CI pipelines, participate in design reviews, and mentor engineers while communicating results across teams.

Own the full mid-market sales cycle, from lead conversion and strategic prospecting through complex deal closure. Build pipelines, develop multi-stakeholder opportunities, collaborate with SDRs, partners, sales engineers, and leadership, and manage forecasts and deal reviews. The role focuses on acquiring new customers and solving business communication challenges using Dialpad’s SaaS products.

Own and execute the roadmap for shared microservices infrastructure, designing scalable distributed systems, multi-region architecture, cloud resources, and Terraform-based infrastructure automation. Develop backend systems in Python, improve observability, reliability, and cost efficiency, participate in design reviews, incident response, and on-call rotations, and mentor engineers while partnering across product and infrastructure teams.

Designs and configures contact center call flows, integrations, desk phones, and communications platforms. Consults with clients on operational needs, leads deployments, troubleshoots implementation issues, identifies improvements, performs risk analysis and change management, and guides customers through adoption. The role requires expertise in VoIP, networking, cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems, and CCaaS and UCaaS implementations.
