Lead a regional team of Lakebase Sales Specialists to grow Databricks Lakebase revenue by executing specialized sales motions, coaching specialists, building pipeline, engaging CIO/CTO and platform engineering buyers, running architecture workshops, partnering with account teams and partners, and providing field feedback to Product and GTM to scale adoption and drive application modernization.

Lead and grow the engineering team owning AI Runtime (AIR) for managed GPU training. Define product and technical roadmap, drive architecture for distributed training at scale, build reliability and observability for multi-node long-running jobs, collaborate across product, platform, research, and customers, and hire and mentor engineering talent.

Provide end-to-end product legal counsel on data privacy, protection, AI, cloud, and security; draft and negotiate product/security contract terms (DPAs, BAAs); advise on vendor data flows, incident response, and go-to-market activities; partner cross-functionally and help improve product counseling processes.

Customer-facing engineer who designs, builds, and productionizes GenAI applications (RAG, multi-agent, Text2SQL, fine-tuning). Own production rollouts, advise customers, collaborate with product and engineering, present at conferences, and optimize/evaluate models and deployments across cloud platforms.

Lead an internal incubator to design, build, and scale a first-party agentic AI application platform. Manage a small TPM team, drive AI-augmented SDLC changes, coordinate cross-functional programs, ensure security-hardening and platform migrations, and deliver measurable business and technical outcomes and ROI.

Sell Databricks Data Intelligence platform to large French enterprise accounts: develop account plans, drive consumption and bookings, identify data/AI use cases, co-sell with cloud vendors and GSIs, coordinate professional services/training, and engage executives and technical champions to close complex deals.

Manage commercial delivery of multiple concurrent Databricks professional services projects across ASEAN and Greater China. Define scope, track milestones, mitigate risk, manage finances, and ensure smooth sales-to-delivery handovers. Drive customer adoption and satisfaction for engagements ranging from short single-contributor tasks to multi-person, multi-month global deployments.

Lead payroll tax subject matter expertise: advise payroll, equity, HR, and accounting on payroll tax positions, audits, compliance, and policy. Manage audits and revenue authority inquiries, support M&A integrations, reconcile payroll tax accounts, and improve payroll tax reporting through cross-functional collaboration and automation.
