Drive technical pre-sales engagements for Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform across a designated territory. Develop customer engagement strategies with Account Executives, lead complex proofs-of-concept on cloud platforms, influence stakeholders including C-level, coach junior Solutions Architects, produce customer-facing technical collateral, and run workshops to accelerate adoption and architecture design.

Lead a team of compensation partners and drive enterprise-wide compensation strategy, design, and program delivery. Partner with People, Finance, and business leaders on complex pay decisions, scale compensation infrastructure, leverage analytics and AI, and ensure operational excellence across global pay cycles, equity strategy, and governance.
