Lead end-to-end technical strategy and architecture for accounts, drive Databricks platform adoption, design scalable data and ML/streaming solutions, advise senior technical stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, influence product direction, and support production deployments on public cloud.

Provide technical leadership and pre-sales architecture for Databricks Lakehouse solutions. Drive account strategies, design big data and ML architectures, build POCs, validate integrations with cloud and third-party tools, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver data-driven outcomes.

Manage a high-volume inbound lead queue: research prospects, qualify needs, identify technical pain points in data and AI stacks, and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives. Communicate Databricks value, overcome objections, build trust with partners, and demonstrate adaptability and goal-driven teamwork.

Lead and execute global finance programs, owning planning, intake, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery. Drive accounting process optimization, SOX control implementation, automation opportunities, reporting, executive communications, and metrics to improve Controllership operations.

Lead design and delivery of production-grade ML and GenAI solutions on the Databricks platform. Architect end-to-end ML pipelines, optimize training/inference, implement MLOps/LLMOps, build MVPs for sales, influence product roadmap, mentor peers, and present technical content externally.

Provide commercial legal support for Databricks across Asia: negotiate enterprise cloud and SaaS agreements, advise on data privacy, security, AI, and IP issues, update legal templates, and partner with sales, finance, security, and product teams to enable revenue and new-market entry.

Drive enterprise sales for Databricks in Italy: develop account plans, identify data/AI use cases, grow consumption and bookings, lead cross-functional teams and co-sell with cloud vendors and GSIs, and engage executives to implement data/AI transformations.

Sell and grow Databricks accounts in the public sector: prospect and close new business, expand existing accounts, evangelize the Databricks platform, engage business and technical decision-makers, drive partner-led opportunities, and exceed pipeline and revenue targets while creating a territory strategy focused on public sector customers in Singapore.
