Provide design, execution, debugging, and mentorship to raise team technical standards.

Manage and grow full stack engineering teams focused on data visualization and business semantics, overseeing recruitment and development of talent, implementing strategies, managing technical debt, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Lead the AI strategy and roadmap for a scaled customer enablement agent suite: define data inputs, retrieval, agent behaviors, and evaluation loops; drive field rollout and adoption; structure knowledge for retrieval; define signals and analytics for account health; partner with engineering to embed enablement insights into field tools.

The role focuses on enhancing customer data security, leading security engineering initiatives, and promoting data security practices throughout the organization.
