The Engagement Manager ensures customer success by overseeing the delivery and support of professional services. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales, managing customer engagement, driving resolution of delivery challenges, and identifying new service opportunities. Lead the enablement, expertise, and support for the customer-facing field team with Generative AI. Partner with Product Manager(s) to co-lead product adoption targets. Represent the product internally and externally, communicate vision, and gather feedback. Recruit and lead a group of specialists dedicated to enabling Generative AI use cases on Databricks.

The Designated Support Engineer will manage relationships with strategic customers, coordinate support cases, engage with internal teams, handle escalated issues, and improve customer self-sufficiency by facilitating better engagement with support tools. Will actively participate in 24x7 support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
