Own end-to-end global consolidation and intercompany accounting across 23 entities. Produce consolidated books under US GAAP and IFRS, manage SAP Group Reporting during the S/4HANA implementation, oversee FX translation and CTA accounting, support audits and SOX controls, establish processes for new entities, and drive automation across close and consolidation workflows. Weekly travel is required.

Leads complex, multi-quarter Professional Services and Training engagements for Digital Native Business customers. Drives regional impact, booking and consumption goals, solves complex multi-country challenges, shapes account and sales strategy, develops senior customer relationships, and mentors Engagement Managers. Requires deep Databricks architecture and ecosystem expertise, strategic account planning, external thought leadership, hiring participation, and 25–50% travel.

Leads global marketing planning, investment allocation, capacity modeling, and target setting. Builds and manages a new team while redesigning marketing workflows for AI and agent-based execution. Drives organization-wide adoption, establishes standards for prompts and context, and implements AI governance around quality, risk, privacy, and responsible use. Partners with Marketing, Finance, Sales Strategy, and data and platform teams to improve pipeline efficiency, time to market, and growth across business units.

Lead the design and development of sales data models, CRM-integrated AI agents, and permissioned write paths for revenue teams. Build scalable GenAI interfaces for complex workflows with transparency and human approval. Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to define initial use cases, launch MVPs, and drive adoption. Provide technical and people leadership in a 0-to-1 product environment.

Advise international public sector stakeholders on EMEA compliance, government contracting, procurement, and integrity risks. Localize global compliance guidance across jurisdictions, create scalable playbooks and enablement materials, partner cross-functionally to support responsible growth, and lead internal investigations when needed. The role requires executive-ready communication, practical risk balancing, and the ability to translate complex legal issues into actionable processes.

Leads scalable advertising data ingestion, normalization, aggregation, identity resolution, and agentic workflow development. Establishes correctness and evaluation standards for noisy measurement data, while partnering with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions. Requires deep advertising API and ad-tech measurement expertise, production LLM experience, and technical and people leadership in complex enterprise environments.

Develop and productionize GenAI applications for customers, including RAG, multi-agent, Text2SQL, and fine-tuned systems. Lead production rollouts, evaluations, and optimizations; advise customers as a trusted technical expert; present at conferences; and collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps. The role requires hands-on data science and machine learning deployment experience, customer communication skills, eligibility for a U.S. Secret clearance, and travel to customers every 4–8 weeks.
