Drive enterprise sales growth for Databricks in Finland by expanding existing accounts, identifying data and AI use cases, exceeding consumption and booking targets, and leading complex sales campaigns. Build executive and technical relationships, develop account plans, coordinate cloud vendors, global systems integrators, professional services, and training teams, and apply structured sales methodologies including MEDDPICC, value selling, forecasting, and consumption-based engagement strategies.

Partners with Engineering, Product Operations, People, Workplace, and Facilities executives to optimize human and compute capital investments. Builds scalable financial workflows, supports procurement, accruals, headcount planning, and SOX compliance, modernizes reporting using Databricks, and develops a high-performing finance team.

Owns the financial economics and operations of Databricks’ multi-cloud platform spend. Responsibilities include driver-based forecasting, cloud cost attribution, unit economics, efficiency KPIs, infrastructure roadmaps, automated FP&A workflows, cost allocation, accruals, and reporting. The role partners closely with Cloud Engineering and Infrastructure Operations and uses billing and telemetry data to improve forecasting accuracy, gross margins, and cost visibility across products, regions, and cloud providers.

Leads finance strategy for AI products, including GPU supply and demand planning, cloud capacity procurement, product pricing, unit economics, margin analytics, KPI development, cost allocation, ROI analysis, and capital allocation. Partners with Engineering and Product executives, builds scalable financial systems, and develops a high-performing product finance team.

Lead customer-facing Generative AI expert engagements for EMEA digital-native customers. Design and implement production-grade LLM solutions involving RAG, agents, fine-tuning, evaluation, safety, and MLOps on Databricks. Build proofs of concept, advise executives, influence product roadmaps, mentor field engineering teams, and represent the company through workshops, conferences, blogs, and technical briefings.

Lead technical architecture for generative AI and LLM solutions serving digital-native customers across EMEA. Responsibilities include designing RAG and agentic systems, building Databricks-based proofs of concept, fine-tuning open models, developing evaluation and safety approaches, and operationalizing large-scale ML workloads. The role also mentors field engineering teams, influences product roadmaps, supports strategic customer engagements, and represents Databricks through workshops, conferences, blogs, and executive briefings.

Provides advanced, customer-facing technical support for strategic Databricks customers. Troubleshoots Spark, SQL, Delta, streaming, ML, and AI performance issues; performs root-cause analysis; develops proofs of concept, monitoring solutions, playbooks, and knowledge resources; trains customer teams; and collaborates with Field Engineering, R&D, Sales, Product, and NOC teams. Serves as a trusted technical advisor and advocates for customers. Requires approximately 20% travel.

Lead technical authority for generative AI, designing production-grade LLM solutions for digital-native customers.
