Sell Couchbase NoSQL database and services to Global 2000 accounts in the UAE. Drive new logo acquisition, manage pipeline in SFDC, present solutions, forecast and close deals, work with partners and cross-functional teams, and participate in webinars, trade shows, and events to meet bookings targets.

Lead Couchbase's UK & Nordics go-to-market as a player-coach, driving new logo acquisition and ARR expansion. Build and execute regional strategy, maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting, position AI/data platform (RAG, Vector Search, Capella) to displace legacy RDBMS, develop sales talent, and coordinate cross-functional account teams to achieve quota.

Serve as the dedicated technical partner for strategic enterprise accounts, providing proactive architectural guidance, upgrade planning, performance tuning, incident management and RCA, advocating customer needs to product and engineering, and aligning Couchbase outcomes with customer business goals.

Drive customer engagements to architect, deploy, tune, and operate Couchbase-based data platforms. Solve complex technical issues, enable AI-ready architectures, advise stakeholders, collaborate with sales, and author technical collateral.

Serve as a senior, customer-facing advisor for Couchbase's largest enterprise accounts. Own delivery strategy, drive adoption and ROI, orchestrate cross-functional teams, lead executive engagements, protect renewals and identify expansion opportunities, and surface customer feedback to Product and GTM teams.
