Sell Cohesity's AI-powered data security solutions into 3-5 strategic DAX accounts by building pipeline, executing three-year account plans, engaging senior stakeholders, leading discovery-to-proposal processes, managing complex RFPs and procurement, partnering with channels/GSI/OEMs, forecasting opportunities, and sharing customer insights to drive net-new acquisition and account growth.

Own and grow a defined strategic territory through new logo acquisition and account expansion. Manage complex sales cycles, engage C‑level stakeholders, build value-based business cases for Cohesity's AI-powered data security platform, coordinate with sales engineers and partners, and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline in Salesforce.

Lead post-sales technical engagement for enterprise customers in the Nordics to drive adoption and value of Cohesity. Manage escalations, onboarding, roadmaps, QBRs, cross-functional coordination, RCA documentation, and capacity/usage monitoring while identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring account health.

Act as a senior technical account manager advocating for customers, driving product adoption, satisfaction, and retention. Monitor health and usage metrics, enable onboarding and time-to-value, collaborate with account and renewals teams to identify upsell opportunities, capture voice-of-customer feedback, and support operational improvements and escalation recovery programs.

Own and execute partner marketing strategy across the U.S. and Canada. Develop co-branded demand generation campaigns, manage MDF, align marketing with channel sales, run partner events, leverage AI for planning and reporting, and measure pipeline and ROI to accelerate revenue through distributors, VARs, GSIs, MSPs, and strategic alliances.

The role involves acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding accounts while managing a sales pipeline and engaging C-level decision-makers. Strong background in cybersecurity sales and solution alignment is essential.

Drive new customer opportunities as a Sales Engineer by articulating Cohesity technology, delivering demos, workshops and POCs, enabling integrations, developing secondary storage strategies, collaborating with product management, and providing project management and post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage and enable channel partners and distributors to drive bookings and pipeline conversion. Build partner account plans, recruit and develop partners, enable sales/technical teams, coordinate marketing, forecast partner performance, and identify actions to close pipeline and bookings gaps.

Support enterprise sales by designing and delivering technical solutions for Cohesity's data security and management platform. Lead demos, proofs of concept, discovery, solution design, and technical strategy. Engage stakeholders, enable product integration, assist competitive displacement, and provide post-sales technical support while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Support.

Lead territory sales to acquire net-new commercial customers and grow accounts for Cohesity's data security and resilience platform. Prospect, build pipeline, engage decision-makers, collaborate with sales engineers and channel partners, develop value-based proposals, and maintain accurate forecasting while sharing customer and competitive insights.
