Leads Cohesity’s Korea partner sales organization, driving revenue growth through alliance, cloud, MSP, reseller, and distribution partners. Responsibilities include building the Korea channel strategy, managing and developing the sales team, setting and achieving revenue targets, expanding cloud and as-a-service routes to market, strengthening strategic partner relationships, coaching performance, managing pipelines, and collaborating with enterprise sales, marketing, sales engineering, and support teams. The role requires strong Korean market knowledge, enterprise sales leadership, partner networks, analytical ability, and fluency in Korean and English.

Drives revenue through inbound and outbound prospecting, lead qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, deal closure, and upselling. Manages SMB or commercial territories, maintains pipeline coverage, builds partner relationships, collaborates with account executives and sales engineers, and analyzes outreach performance. The role also mentors SDRs and sales associates while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Provides technical support for Cohesity data protection platforms, including deployment, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and cluster expansion. Diagnoses backup issues across Hyper-V, VMware, Linux KVM, cloud platforms, and CentOS. Develops Python, Bash, and PowerShell automation scripts, analyzes logs and system diagnostics, supports APIs and PowerShell cmdlets, and communicates product improvement recommendations to engineering teams. Requires English and Spanish fluency and a staggered Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday schedule.

Support enterprise sales by delivering technical solutions for Cohesity's data security and management platform. Lead discovery, demos, proofs of concept, solution design, and technical strategy with Account Executives. Enable customer integrations, address technical risks, conduct competitive positioning, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support. Provide post-sales assistance as needed.

Lead and build Cohesity’s SLED sales organization in New York, developing territory strategy, achieving quotas, recruiting and managing sales leaders, and driving large enterprise deals. The role requires collaboration with sales engineering, professional services, channel, marketing, recruiting, and OEM partners. Responsibilities include developing direct and extended teams, managing customer engagements, executing strategic sales campaigns, and maintaining performance standards. Travel of more than 50% is required.

Own and grow a named federal territory by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding strategic accounts. Build complex sales pipelines, engage executive stakeholders, develop value-based business cases, negotiate high-value contracts, and achieve quota targets. Partner with sales engineers, channel partners, and internal teams while maintaining forecasts and territory plans in Salesforce. Sell data security and cyber-resilience solutions to federal organizations, requiring strong enterprise technology sales, cybersecurity knowledge, and executive communication skills.

Lead sales efforts and GTM strategy for Singapore and Korea, manage and develop a sales team, recruit and grow partner ecosystems, collaborate cross-functionally (SE, channel, inside sales), run POCs and negotiate complex, high-value deals to drive regional revenue growth.

The Sales Engineer will drive customer opportunities, integrate Cohesity products, develop strategies, provide technical support, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Support enterprise sales engagements for Cohesity’s data security and management platform. Partner with Account Executives to conduct discovery, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, proposals, evaluations, and proofs of concept. Advise customers on backup, recovery, cyber resilience, storage, security, and cloud integrations across on-premises and hybrid environments. Help develop technical account strategies, address competitive displacement, communicate customer requirements internally, and provide post-sales technical support. Travel is required as needed.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable capabilities across on-premises and SaaS platforms. Architect resilient distributed systems, optimize performance, uphold engineering quality and reliability, and collaborate with Product Management and engineering teams on technical strategy and roadmap planning. Provide technical leadership, foster ownership and continuous improvement, and participate in Agile development while delivering enterprise-grade solutions for demanding scalability and performance requirements.
