Own deployment, adoption, and outcomes for a portfolio of enterprise accounts. Lead deployment planning and implementation, track risks, drive product adoption, run working sessions, build success plans and executive reviews, partner with sales on renewals/expansion, and surface customer feedback to product teams.

Design, build, and own core parts of Amplitude's query/compute engine and compute API. Improve query planning, execution, performance, reliability, and scalability. Evolve the core data model to include non-event data, collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, and deliver end-to-end projects from design through rollout.

Lead technical evaluation and proof-of-concept work for enterprise deals, conduct deep discovery, design hands-on POCs, handle technical objections, present ROI to executives, collaborate with Product and Customer Success, and mentor junior SEs while contributing competitive intelligence and reusable demo assets.

Own and grow a mixed book of enterprise customers and prospects; run full enterprise sales cycles, evangelize Amplitude's platform, build pipeline via outbound and partners, apply MEDDPICC rigor, multi-thread across stakeholders, and collaborate with SDRs, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success and Legal to close net-new logos and expand accounts.

Lead cross-team platform initiatives to improve developer experience, reliability, security, and cost. Design AI-augmented platform tooling, IaC standards for Kubernetes/AWS/GCP, evolve CI/CD (Argo/GitHub Actions), drive observability (Datadog/Amplitude), own incident response and postmortems, mentor engineers, and translate product needs into platform investments.
