Lead and execute configuration management for DoD enterprise logistics systems: maintain baselines, version control, status accounting, audits, IRA tracking, release packaging, and train personnel on CM processes.

Lead and manage IT programs across the Enterprise Logistics Readiness Portfolio: plan and execute cloud-based projects, liaise between business and technical teams, manage risks, ensure on-time delivery of contract documentation, and guide technical staff through Agile/DevSecOps processes.

Manage and optimize multi-cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) environments supporting Cargo and Personnel Movement systems. Troubleshoot across development to production, monitor performance, implement capacity planning and security controls, support web services/APIs, document architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cloud operations.

Design, program, administer, test, and implement databases in a Cloud One environment; coordinate database changes; create procedures, queries, triggers, scripts and views; provide system/database engineering for development, test, and production; troubleshoot database communications and implement security measures.

Provide Tier II/III technical support for the Enterprise Logistics Readiness Portfolio and CPM systems, troubleshoot complex software, hardware, and network issues, document resolutions, produce monthly analytics, write query scripts, support Level II->III escalations, coordinate with DAAS and government platforms, and assist with software design reviews and SDC compatibility troubleshooting.
