Optimize aftermarket parts planning, warehouse layout, and material flow using data analysis, Lean/Six Sigma, and WMS/SPM tools. Lead continuous improvement, develop KPIs and dashboards, support staffing and capacity planning, and implement WMS and operational technology enhancements to improve fill rates, productivity, inventory accuracy, and reduce costs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Lead design, development, and optimization of automated testing frameworks for frontend and backend systems. Create and execute functional, performance, scalability, and security tests; develop AI/ML testing strategies; integrate automation into CI/CD; mentor test engineers; conduct code reviews, technical workshops, and drive quality improvements across microservices and cloud-native systems.
