Design and deliver electrical systems for gas turbine power generation packages, including specifications, LV/MV interfaces, component selection, documentation, panel and cubicle production oversight, supplier and customer coordination, and support from sales through after-sales. Act as project lead collaborating with mechanical, controls, and drafting teams; travel ~25%.

Support software development, data analysis, and AI/ML initiatives across the SDLC. Build scalable applications, contribute to AI/ML use cases, automate processes, generate data insights, deliver clean code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams under mentorship.

Support gas compressor aftermarket business by organizing and analyzing historical CRM restage proposal data, analyzing lead-generator output, data-mining customer databases, developing top-customer cut sheets, and organizing compressor curves for rapid restage evaluation.

Design turbo machinery mechanical systems including P&IDs, specify and size valves, coolers, motors, and piping, update parts and BOMs, support production and field commissioning, coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and participate in HAZOP and customer review meetings. Requires basic fluids/thermodynamics knowledge and strong communication and time-management skills.

Manage purchased material requirements and MRP/BAAN planning to ensure on-time availability. Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production on capacity, shortages, and schedule changes. Maintain planning data, support NPI and change implementation, handle drop-ship logistics, and participate in cost/lead-time/inventory reduction and continuous improvement projects.

Design and document tooling: interpret orders, develop tooling concepts, create manufacturing drawings in Creo, perform basic FEA with Ansys Workbench, apply GD&T, support production and fabrication, perform Make-Buy analysis, research materials, and troubleshoot tooling issues.
