Lead territory go-to-market and pipeline development across Italy for Shield AI's autonomy and aircraft portfolio. Drive end-to-end deal capture, engage senior defense stakeholders, build partnerships and industrial participation, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage forecasting and pipeline, and support post-award customer success to grow accounts and meet sales quota.

Lead the architecture and implementation of Shield AI’s knowledge-graph-centered data platform. Build production APIs, DataOps infrastructure, storage and compute integrations, ingestion paths, SDKs, and reference architectures. Establish data-modeling, schema evolution, lineage, observability, security, reliability, and lifecycle standards. Partner with autonomy, ML, testing, infrastructure, product, and customer teams while evaluating technologies and remaining hands-on with implementation, benchmarking, and debugging across cloud and customer-managed environments.

Leads engineering teams developing and deploying autonomy solutions for unmanned weapon systems. Owns system architecture, technical objectives, engineering decisions, risk mitigation, product quality, technical requirements, system documentation, and software delivery. Provides technical oversight for internal R&D and defense contracts, supports customer-facing engineering leadership, contributes to government proposals, and manages teams of 6–20 engineers.

Conducts environmental reliability testing on electronic flight hardware, including thermal, humidity, vibration, shock, HALT, and HASS testing. Develops test plans, fixtures, procedures, instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and reports.
