Lead technical delivery and integration of autonomy software for new platforms (air, maritime, space). Own end-to-end development, testing, and fielding of autonomy features, mentor teams, drive architecture and ICDs, support live tests, and transition R&D into operational capabilities.

Lead and continuously improve the companys SOX 404 program: design strategy, risk assessment, scoping, testing, and remediation. Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and business owners to document controls, manage external audits, drive automation and ERP/GRC integrations, report to executives and Audit Committee, and establish policies, training, and a scalable SOX team.

Mentor senior engineers, influence cross-team engineering standards, support deployments and operational readiness, and define long-term strategy and interoperability for defense customers.

Lead mechanical design and analysis for V-BAT propulsion hardware from concept through production. Design components (engines, fuel/oil delivery, mounts, propeller/duct hardware), perform strength, fatigue, vibration, thermal, and FEA analyses, create CAD models and drawings, execute test and validation campaigns, manage ECOs and configuration, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve failures and integrate designs for flight readiness.

Lead change-management, communications, stakeholder engagement, and training for Shield AI’s Finance transformations (starting with Oracle ERP). Build and run a Change Champion Network, prepare leadership, coordinate readiness events and training, track feedback, and establish repeatable change-management practices across Finance and PMO.

Lead design and implementation of secure-by-default infrastructure: build IaC modules, CI/CD templates, policy-as-code guardrails, and platform security tooling. Embed pipeline and supply-chain security, enforce least-privilege identity, operate defenses as self-service products, review high-risk designs, and set technical direction while mentoring engineers.

Lead and scale multidisciplinary engineering for the Group 3 V-BAT UAS: define technical strategy and architecture, drive execution across flight software, autonomy, avionics, propulsion and payloads, enforce engineering governance and compliance, hire and mentor leaders, and engage executives, customers, and partners to deliver and sustain deployed aircraft.

Lead design and development of high-performance composite and metallic aircraft structural components from concept through production. Ensure structural integrity, manufacturability, and system integration while collaborating cross-functionally and guiding a team in fast-paced aerospace development environments.

Lead full sales lifecycle for Hivemind autonomy across U.S. defense and government accounts. Develop capture and territory strategies, qualify and close complex opportunities, lead proposal development, partner with engineering and product teams, maintain CRM and forecasting accuracy, and represent Shield AI at industry events.
