Design enterprise software experiences for Seismic’s sales-content platform. Responsibilities include user research, competitive analysis, ideation, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, usability testing, and UI specifications. The designer will collaborate with product management, executives, and stakeholders to define roadmaps, solve complex workflows, support agile development, and deliver products throughout their lifecycle.

Lead and develop a Customer Success and Renewals team in Seismic’s India hub. Drive customer adoption, retention, value realization, risk mitigation, renewal readiness, and forecast accuracy across a high-volume SaaS book of business. Hire, coach, and manage team performance while establishing operating rhythms, improving digital customer success through AI and automation, resolving escalations, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Support, Product, and Operations.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Python or similar languages. Perform UI, API, and data-layer testing, analyze results, identify defects, and support debugging and triage. Create test plans and scenarios, collaborate with developers and product teams on test strategies and acceptance criteria, review test coverage, and improve QA processes using CI/CD and AI-assisted testing tools.

Develop and maintain Seismic’s Mantle component library and shared front-end infrastructure. Resolve complex issues involving CSP, accessibility, cross-browser rendering, and performance. Shape front-end architecture, standards, and developer workflows while collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers across remote teams. Use React, TypeScript, modern build tooling, CI/CD, and LLM-assisted development to deliver accessible, reliable, and high-quality user interfaces.
