Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ProcedeExcede DMS customers via phone, email, and remote tools; participate in rotations, on-site implementation go-lives, training, QA testing, and ongoing customer relationship building to ensure timely issue resolution and product adoption.

Administer, maintain, and improve on-premises and Azure-based infrastructure and hosted customer environments. Provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot systems and networking issues, manage backups, security controls, endpoint management, and collaborate with developers to optimize performance. Participate in after-hours/emergency support and advise customers on architecture, connectivity, and environment readiness.

Design and build cloud-native, SaaS-ready services while decomposing legacy monoliths. Lead architecture, mentor engineers, implement observability, perform code reviews, and refine AI-augmented development workflows and CI/CD deployments.

Create and execute marketing content and campaigns across digital channels. Build emails, webinars, case studies, press releases, and partner marketing materials. Manage marketing automation (Marketo), list management, campaign deployment, and performance reporting. Collaborate with product, sales, and partners; maintain brand standards; edit and proofread content; support webinar program and recurring reporting needs.
