Provide legal support for Kumquat by drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating clinical, IT, R&D, quality, vendor, and confidentiality agreements; liaise with internal stakeholders, external parties, and CROs; ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and data privacy; assist the General Counsel with ad hoc legal projects.
