Own technical execution of new client onboardings and offboardings: deploy core services, manage access and migrations (Microsoft/Google), document in ConnectWise/ITGlue/Rocketlane, monitor project progress, support onsite techs, execute decommissions, and improve onboarding processes to meet timelines and KPIs.
