Supports customer deployment of fixed wireless, mobile, and Wi-Fi devices and software across Oceania. Responsibilities include developing test plans and automated scripts, conducting interoperability, performance, regression, and RF testing, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining test beds, documenting results, delivering technical training, and managing technical relationships with customers and internal engineering, development, network, sales, and solutions teams.

Own hardware architecture, schematic design, validation, debugging, and production support for processor-based wireless products, including 5G hotspots and fixed wireless access devices. Design digital and mixed-signal subsystems, power and connectivity interfaces, and support PCB reviews, compliance, manufacturing, certification, and sustaining activities. Collaborate across engineering and supplier teams, lead complex development projects, troubleshoot hardware issues, and mentor junior engineers.

Leads and scales multi-team engineering organizations modernizing a mission-critical SaaS platform into a scalable, multi-tenant, cloud-native architecture. Owns delivery, reliability, quality, engineering KPIs, technical strategy, operational practices, security alignment, and organizational development. Partners with Product, Security, Compliance, and executive stakeholders while coaching engineering leaders and balancing modernization with existing revenue-generating systems.
