Lead profitability, quality, and client relationships across multiple large electrical construction projects. Manage and develop project teams, oversee contracting, scheduling, forecasting, change orders, and third-party construction oversight while coordinating legal and accounting matters to ensure project delivery and continuous improvement.

Lead and deliver electrical commercial/mixed-use construction projects: build teams, manage scope/schedule/budget, oversee contracts and subcontractors, forecast finances, mentor staff, ensure quality delivery, and maintain customer relationships.

Support the project manager as liaison between field and office: plan, execute, and close electrical construction projects on schedule and within budget; manage subcontractors, scheduling, invoicing, quality control, forecasting, and stakeholder communications.

Support HR operations including onboarding, HRIS data entry and reconciliation, benefits and leave administration (FMLA, workers' comp), performance management, employee communications, and general HR administration. Act as primary HR contact for apprentices and employee issues, maintain records, support reporting, and help implement personnel policies.

Lead and manage multiple electrical construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, profitability, safety, subcontractor management, client communication, and team development.
