Leads Stirista’s Client Services organization, setting strategy, operating models, service standards, and performance expectations. Oversees client engagements from onboarding through delivery, retention, and expansion while serving as executive sponsor for strategic accounts. Builds and develops leadership teams, manages escalations, improves cross-functional processes, and uses client, operational, and financial data to guide decisions. Partners with Sales, Product, Operations, Media, Analytics, and Technology to strengthen client outcomes and scale service delivery.
