Supports PDQ’s corporate accounting function through month-end close, bank and account reconciliations, payroll processing, sales tax compliance, variance analysis, NetSuite administration, revenue and commission processes, and technical accounting projects. The role partners with FP&A, Tax, Payroll, and the Controller’s team while improving accounting processes and maintaining accurate, audit-ready financial records.

Investigate and resolve complex Tier 3 customer and production issues across Windows endpoints, cloud services, APIs, networking, and application data. Develop and maintain Python backend services and pipelines that process device data, identify software vulnerabilities, and deliver reliable remediations. Responsibilities include integrating vulnerability data sources, operating scalable production systems, monitoring deployments, responding to incidents, investigating false positives and negatives, troubleshooting customer-reported issues, and collaborating across Support, Product, and Engineering. The role requires strong debugging, analytical, distributed-systems, database, containerization, and AI-assisted engineering skills.

Manage a pooled book of European SaaS customers to drive renewals, product adoption, and expansions; run demos, support contract negotiations, monitor usage and intervene on risk, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product.

Lead design, scaling, performance tuning, and reliability of PostgreSQL databases for a high-availability SaaS platform. Troubleshoot production incidents, automate administration, maintain security and observability, and mentor engineering teams on query and schema optimization.
