Lead and close complex, tender-led enterprise deals (multi-site, £100k+). Own commercial strategy, pricing, bids, and cross-functional coordination. Manage pipeline and Salesforce, negotiate contracts, and improve win rates while ensuring operational deliverability and margin discipline.

Manage end-to-end tender processes for complex national and multi-site service contracts. Identify opportunities, lead bid lifecycle from PQQ to submission, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensure commercial discipline and compliant, high-quality proposals, track outcomes, and support mobilisation handovers.

Manage and clean business data and invoicing to ensure accurate, usable datasets for daily operations. Collaborate within a five-person data team, follow structured processes end-to-end, and maintain high attention to detail and clear communication.

Handle customer queries to meet SLAs, manage customer data and reporting, coordinate service adjustments, produce quotations, support account meetings, and maintain contract compliance and strong customer relationships.

Manage a £2-3m portfolio driving revenue retention, margin protection and growth. Own customer relationships, support service delivery, perform site visits/audits, deliver account plans, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and prepare commercial tenders.

Lead end-to-end commercial bid strategy and execution for complex national and multi-site tenders. Manage PQQ to final submission, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, maintain tender pipelines and frameworks, ensure compliant pricing and documentation, run post-submission reviews, and support mobilisation handovers to operations.
