Manage end-to-end tender processes for complex national and multi-site service contracts. Identify opportunities, lead bid lifecycle from PQQ to submission, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensure commercial discipline and compliant, high-quality proposals, track outcomes, and support mobilisation handovers.

Manage a £2-3m portfolio driving revenue retention, margin protection and growth. Own customer relationships, support service delivery, perform site visits/audits, deliver account plans, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and prepare commercial tenders.

Lead and close complex, tender-led enterprise deals (multi-site, £100k+). Own commercial strategy, pricing, bids, and cross-functional coordination. Manage pipeline and Salesforce, negotiate contracts, and improve win rates while ensuring operational deliverability and margin discipline.
