Serve as the primary technical and strategic contact for carrier clients. Project-manage integrations and implementations, resolve operational and data issues, lead escalations, ensure SOW/MSA accountability, support post-launch performance, and relay product feedback to Product and Engineering while partnering with Sales on go-to-market and expansion strategies.
