Summer internship in Genworth's Actuarial Development Program working on real-world actuarial problems. Interns will use advanced Excel and programming, work with large datasets, attend technical and professional development, gain exposure to actuarial software (GGY AXIS, MG-ALFA, PolySystems), build networks, and participate in community service.

10-12 week Summer 2027 finance internship in Richmond, VA. Interns work across FP&A, controllership, accounting, reporting, finance shared services, and investments; attend technical and professional development, build mentor networks, participate in community service, and may interview for full-time Finance Development Program roles.

Support the Field Team Network with administrative tasks: email communications, partner outreach, meeting notes, document organization, process review and improvement, time studies and quality review of calls, plus project work aligned with intern skills and growth.

Design, implement, and maintain web-based applications; translate business requirements into technical specs; develop UI using AngularJS/HTML/CSS/JavaScript; integrate with Java backends and RESTful services; lead code reviews, guide offshore teams, provide system support, and establish operational/process controls to meet SLAs.

10- to 12-week hybrid IT internship in Richmond working on real-world projects across application development, client/server, web development, system integration, data science, or project management. Interns attend technical/professional development, build mentorship networks, present work to IT leadership, and may be eligible to interview for a full-time IT Development Program role if rising seniors.
