Support Business Unit Controller by recording monthly revenue, loading and maintaining project budgets in Oracle/Revenue Wizard, preparing monthly actual vs. budget variance and backlog forecasts, drafting financial reports, performing project close-out reconciliations, and monitoring project health (revenues, gross profit, receivables, unbilled). Prepare and compile invoice packages from monthly data, create invoices in Oracle, save and distribute invoice PDFs or hard copies, update the billing repository, respond to invoice queries, process credits/rebills, and provide details for journal corrections.

Analyze HR metrics (headcount, attrition, hiring), create executive-ready PowerPoint decks, convert data into visual stories and recommendations, build and maintain reporting templates, partner with HR/TA/Finance, ensure data accuracy, and support ad hoc analysis and reporting needs.
