Provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, benefits setup, HRIS data maintenance, respond to HR inquiries via ticketing, ensure compliance, support audits, update SOPs, collaborate with Centers of Excellence, and manage confidential information.

Resolve Tier 1/2 inquiries, maintain HRIS data accuracy, support compliance (GDPR, SOX), assist international HR processes (visas, transfers), update SOPs, analyze processes for improvements, collaborate with HR COEs and HRBPs, and mentor junior team members while contributing to projects and continuous improvement.

Create and maintain automated scripts (Playwright/TypeScript), report defects in JIRA, support CI regression and smoke testing, collaborate with automation engineers and Agile teams, and ensure test documentation and GxP-compliant evidence. Assist in shifting left testing and improving automation coverage.

Lead workforce analytics to inform talent strategy and workforce planning. Build dashboards, forecasts, and predictive models; integrate Workday, Databricks, SQL, and Excel data; present insights to HR and business leaders; improve data governance, automate reporting, and mentor junior analysts.

Prepare and compile invoice packages from monthly data, create invoices in Oracle, save and distribute invoice PDFs or hard copies, update the billing repository, respond to invoice queries, process credits/rebills, and provide details for journal corrections.

Analyze HR metrics (headcount, attrition, hiring), create executive-ready PowerPoint decks, convert data into visual stories and recommendations, build and maintain reporting templates, partner with HR/TA/Finance, ensure data accuracy, and support ad hoc analysis and reporting needs.

As a Project Finance Analyst, you will prepare, reconcile, analyze and report on revenue, contracts, and projects. You'll be responsible for financial and business analyses and ensuring reporting accuracy.
