Executes HR transactions including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and benefits setup. Maintains accurate employee records in HRIS systems, responds to employee and manager inquiries, supports audits and compliance, updates process documentation, collaborates with HR teams, safeguards confidential information, and contributes to operational projects while prioritizing workload effectively.
