The Senior Software Engineer will design and develop core modules for an AI-enabled platform, collaborating across teams and mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.

Coordinate AI Governance Council and ePMO activities: manage AI use case intake and tracking, facilitate cross-functional governance reviews, prepare agendas and decision materials, maintain governance repositories and logs, monitor metrics, support portfolio reporting, and drive PMO process and automation improvements.

Own and optimize the data layer for a cloud clinical data platform: manage SQL Server, Databricks, and document databases; tune performance; design schemas and queries; perform migrations, backups, and recovery; ensure security and compliance for regulated data; support developers and document best practices.

Architect and evolve enterprise test automation frameworks and infrastructure, lead migration to modern testing platforms, implement AI-assisted testing workflows, automate web and API tests using Playwright with C#/.NET, validate data via SQL, build ephemeral containerized test environments, integrate CI/CD, mentor SDET teams, and drive shift-left and distributed test execution strategies.
