Lead AI Governance initiatives for strategic enterprise customers: define product vision and roadmap for responsible AI, translate customer and regulatory requirements into platform capabilities, drive product and engineering execution, measure adoption and business impact, and serve as trusted advisor across stakeholders.

Define engineering strategy, drive technical excellence and AI-assisted development adoption, recruit and mentor leaders, partner cross-functionally to deliver customer-driven product innovations and measurable business outcomes.

Partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, RevOps, and GTM leaders to deliver forecasting, pipeline and KPI analysis, dashboards, and executive insights. Drive territory planning, capacity and resource allocation, enablement, process improvements, and cross-functional reporting to improve GTM performance and sales productivity.

Provide transactional support for commercial SaaS contracts, independently negotiate high-volume complex agreements, advise sales on legal/commercial/IP/finance issues, maintain compliance, update templates, train sales, and support Commercial & Product projects.

Lead design and architecture for major features, set technical direction across systems, collaborate with product and UX, champion engineering best practices, and mentor senior and mid-level engineers.

Support and maintain a global cloud infrastructure: monitor, tune, and operate Linux, Azure SQL, Kubernetes, Kafka, and MongoDB; run incident response; define operational metrics; automate deployments using Terraform/Ansible/Chef and scripting; build lifecycle processes to reduce risk and ensure platform availability.
