Lead definition and execution of advanced satellite communications architectures across RF, digital, firmware, and software domains. Provide end-to-end technical leadership from requirements and design through integration, test, qualification, and delivery. Serve as primary technical customer interface, perform trade studies, guide multidisciplinary teams, shape proposals, and ensure space-grade performance and compliance.

Lead architecture and development of high-speed digital, DSP, and RF communications products for space and terrestrial platforms. Provide technical leadership for proposals, feasibility studies, pre-contract engineering, make-vs-buy decisions, technology evaluations, and transfer of R&D into production while mentoring cross-functional teams.

Develop and maintain FPGA/digital verification infrastructure and UVMf testbenches, integrate DPI-C with MATLAB/Python models, build reusable VIPs, support CI/regression and HIL testing, mentor engineers, evaluate Xilinx TLM/QEMU integration, and work with vendors on simulation models.

Lead and manage the Systems Engineering team for space and airborne communications systems. Drive requirements definition and decomposition, CONOPS, verification and validation planning, risk assessment, process and methodology development, customer technical interface, resource deployment, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Lead end-to-end digital and mixed-signal hardware development for space/airborne systems, from concept through schematic, PCB layout, analysis, bring-up, verification, and production. Provide technical leadership of small hardware teams, perform signal/power integrity analysis, run lab validation, and prepare design reviews and requirements.

Design, implement, test, and validate flight and mission software for satellites and ground systems. Lead architecture, code review, integration, SIL/HIL testing, operations support, and interface with hardware engineers while ensuring reliability, fault detection/recovery, and release/configuration processes.

Design, analyze, test, and implement board- and system-level electronics for RF communication and phased-array antenna systems. Support schematic, layout, lab bring-up, verification, and production handoff while collaborating across hardware, software, and mechanical teams.

Lead component selection, qualification, standardization, and failure analysis for high-reliability EEE parts in space/aerospace products. Define test and qualification requirements, author parts plans and ECOs, evaluate suppliers and screening data, and collaborate with design, reliability, and quality teams to mitigate risk and manage obsolescence for high-volume satellite constellations.

Lead program execution across concept, development, integration, test, and delivery. Serve as primary customer contact, manage cost/schedule/technical performance, establish baselines, monitor metrics, and mentor program team while developing standard PM processes and a PMO.

Lead full lifecycle board-level electronics design for advanced RF/satellite communication systems. Responsibilities include digital/mixed-signal design, FPGA and ADC/DAC integration, PCB/HDI layout, SI/PI simulation, debugging, lab bring-up, mentoring junior engineers, design reviews, and delivering hardware to production.
