Lead end-to-end design and delivery of high-reliability electronics for space and aerospace systems: architecture, schematic, Altium PCB layout, SI/PI and thermal analysis, bring-up, verification, production release, team leadership, mentoring, and customer-facing technical communication.

Lead end-to-end mechanical design for space and aerospace electronics packaging, including concept, requirements, CAD, FEA, thermal and vibration analysis, manufacturing, testing, qualification, and in-orbit support. Mentor junior engineers, present design reviews, and contribute to proposals.

Provide advanced SolidWorks CAD design and drafting support across product development. Create and maintain 3D models, assemblies, drawings, BOMs, and PDM-managed documentation; implement ECOs/ECRs; ensure GD&T and drafting standard compliance; support manufacturability, configuration control, and continuous improvement; mentor junior designers and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program teams.

Lead end-to-end design and verification of high-reliability space/airborne electronics: architecture, schematic, PCB layout, SI/PI analysis, bring-up, validation, production release, and technical leadership/mentoring.

Support senior leadership on corporate strategy including M&A ideation/analysis/execution, capital raises, market and legislative analysis, and formation/management of international entities. Work cross-functionally to develop and execute strategic initiatives, present data-driven recommendations, and manage multiple high-priority workstreams in a fast-paced, in-person environment at the Austin HQ.

Lead end-to-end architecture of space and airborne ISR RF payloads (radar, wideband sensing), translating mission goals into antenna, front-end, digitization, and processing designs; drive trade studies, digital beamforming and phased-array concepts, mentor engineers, support proposals, and validate systems.

Manage product lifecycle for space communication hardware and software in Europe: define strategy and roadmaps, coordinate engineering, sales, and marketing, engage customers for requirements and integrations, lead launches, provide technical support, and maintain documentation to ensure high-reliability satellite communications products.

Design, implement, and automate board-level test architectures for power, digital, and RF electronics. Develop test software (data logging, equipment interfaces), execute prototype/qualification/acceptance tests, evaluate results, advise on design-for-test, and support lab buildout, documentation, and training.

Lead systems engineering for space-based communication payloads including requirements definition and flow-down, architecture and CONOPS development, risk analysis, vendor coordination, cross-discipline integration, and customer technical liaison to drive complex programs to successful delivery.

Design, build, test, and troubleshoot flight engine electronics, circuit boards, avionics integration, sensors, and instrumentation. Lead wiring harnesses and avionics mounting, create schematics and drawings, execute test programs, analyze data, and collaborate with mechanical, aerospace, and controls teams to deliver flight-ready hardware.
