Provides enterprise-level electrical engineering leadership across product architectures, design methodologies, technology roadmaps, verification, manufacturing, integration, and quality. Advises executives and cross-functional teams on complex technical decisions, resolves engineering and production challenges, improves reliability and manufacturability, establishes organizational standards, mentors senior engineers, and supports post-production and in-orbit customer issues.

Creates and modifies SolidWorks models, drawings, and product documentation supporting mechanical engineering and aerospace hardware development. Ensures drawings meet program requirements, industry standards, tolerances, and specifications. Manages mechanical digital data, product structures, and engineering change orders in SolidWorks PDM. Reviews CAD designs for issues, recommends corrections, and collaborates with engineering teams under deadlines. The role also requires understanding of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, GD&T, and aerospace or automotive electronics design.

Design and develop board-level RF electronics and phased-array communication systems for satellites, UAVs, launch vehicles, and other aerospace platforms. Responsibilities span requirements definition, schematics, PCB layout, simulation, part selection, manufacturing, testing, qualification, troubleshooting, and in-orbit support. The engineer will work with RF front-ends, converters, synthesizers, filters, beamformers, and antennas; present design reviews; support proposals; and collaborate with customers and executives.

Provides technical leadership for FPGA verification of aerospace and satellite hardware. Leads verification planning, simulation, debugging, qualification testing, failure analysis, root-cause investigations, and engineering changes. Develops reusable UVM-based verification environments and evaluates FPGA performance, reliability, timing, and high-speed interfaces. Supports design reviews, customer meetings, hardware integration, and cross-functional product development while improving verification methodologies and maintainability.

Develop and scale automated test software and infrastructure for validating RF and satellite communications payloads. Control laboratory instrumentation, implement system and component test sequences, integrate hardware and software environments, debug failures, and improve test frameworks. Build reusable tools, support CI/CD integration, standardize testing across teams, and collaborate with hardware, systems, and software engineers to ensure scalable, reliable validation.

Lead verification, debugging, qualification, and validation of FPGA-based hardware for aerospace and space systems. Develop verification plans, reusable UVM environments, testbenches, and review packages; analyze simulation results, timing, engineering risks, failures, and root causes. Provide technical leadership during design reviews, customer meetings, hardware integration, and engineering changes while improving FPGA performance, reliability, quality, and maintainability.

Develop and maintain FPGA and digital design verification infrastructure, including UVMf testbenches, reusable VIP modules, CI and regression testing. Integrate SystemVerilog DPI-C with MATLAB and Python models, support simulation and emulation, evaluate Xilinx TLM and QEMU-RP integrations, collaborate with vendors, and mentor engineers on verification methodologies and process improvements.

Develop and maintain FPGA and digital design verification infrastructure, including UVMf-based testbenches, reusable VIP modules, simulation and emulation environments, CI and regression testing. Integrate SystemVerilog DPI-C with MATLAB and Python models, support Xilinx TLM and QEMU-RP integration, collaborate with vendors, mentor engineers, and improve verification processes and methodologies.

Owns space communications products across their lifecycle, translating technical capabilities into accurate product documentation, customer materials, and value propositions. Creates datasheets, user guides, interface control documents, integration documentation, and technical specifications. Partners with engineering, business development, sales, and marketing to maintain consistent product messaging, support customer onboarding, identify documentation gaps, and inform roadmap and product strategy. Requires deep expertise in RF communications, satellite communications, or space systems.

Supports the design, analysis, simulation, integration, verification, and testing of RF circuits and systems for aerospace and space platforms. Performs link budgets, frequency planning, impedance matching, RF measurements, troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, and performance evaluations. Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing teams, prepares technical documentation, participates in design reviews and qualification activities, and contributes to reliability, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
