Provide hands-on engineering support for PCBA and RF/microwave production: troubleshoot and root-cause failures, support LRIP and production transitions, debug digital and embedded systems, collaborate on DFM/DFT, drive process and yield improvements, and lead corrective action investigations to ensure reliability and manufacturability.

Lead and mentor a software engineering team developing aerospace mission-critical systems. Oversee technical planning, SDLC, integration, IV&V, configuration management, Agile/DevOps practices, cross-disciplinary collaboration, recruiting, performance management, and continuous process improvement to meet program requirements and schedules.

Lead and maintain supplier quality processes per AS9100; qualify and manage suppliers for space-grade machining, PCBs/PCBAs, assemblies and test; conduct supplier audits, nonconformance investigations, root cause/corrective actions, SCARs, dispositions, and performance metric analysis; collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain to drive supplier capability and continuous improvement.

Lead supplier quality for aerospace electronics and assemblies. Implement and maintain AS9100-compliant supplier quality processes, qualify and manage suppliers, perform supplier audits and source inspections, investigate nonconformances, drive root cause corrective actions and SCARs, support dispositions, analyze supplier performance metrics, and collaborate across engineering, operations, and supply chain to enable continuous improvement.

Design, implement, and execute board-level test plans and test systems for power, digital, and RF electronics. Develop test architectures, automation software, and fixtures; perform verification, qualification, and compliance testing; troubleshoot hardware/software issues; advise on design-for-testability; document and present results; train technicians and support lab buildout and equipment selection.
