Lead marketing, sales, and business development for aerospace RF and AESA products. Perform market analysis, identify and pursue DoD and commercial opportunities, write RFI/RFP responses, develop win strategies, coordinate with engineering on product-market fit, lead customer engagements, and drive top-line revenue growth.

Create integrated master plans/schedules, WBS, and EVMS inputs; monitor progress and EACs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support process improvements, mentor staff, and manage multiple government/military customer programs.

Administer and support enterprise and operational network infrastructure for launch operations, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, documentation, and collaboration with cybersecurity and engineering teams during mission-critical and shift-based operations.

Design, implement, test, and maintain embedded and Linux-based software across the full product lifecycle for aerospace platforms. Develop low-level drivers, BSPs, APIs, and multithreaded applications; perform code reviews, performance analysis, integration, qualification, and in-orbit support. Interface with hardware engineers and support proposals and customer-facing design reviews.

Lead full-cycle recruiting and manage a team of recruiters. Partner with hiring managers to define roles and strategies, drive structured interviews and candidate evaluation, support workforce planning and onboarding, provide market insights, and improve hiring outcomes.

Provide hands-on IT support and administration for a Colorado office: deploy and maintain Windows and Ubuntu desktops/servers, manage AD and VMware ESXi, handle user onboarding/support, maintain inventory/licensing, support networking, conferencing A/V, documentation, and ensure compliance with federal IT standards.

Lead enterprise QMS transformation, standardize processes to AS9100/ISO9001, design information architecture for documentation, govern process frameworks, manage projects, drive audit readiness, usability testing, training, and continuous improvement across engineering and support functions.
