Lead RF hardware and system design for phased-array satellite and aerospace communications: concept through in-orbit support. Responsibilities include schematics, PCB layout, simulations (CST/ADS), test design, lab measurements, part selection, requirements and architecture definition, mentoring, design reviews, and proposal support.

Lead end-to-end mechanical design for space and aerospace electronics packaging, including concept, requirements, CAD, FEA, thermal and vibration analysis, manufacturing, testing, qualification, and in-orbit support. Mentor junior engineers, present design reviews, and contribute to proposals.

Perform complex mixed-signal PCB layout (power, digital, RF up to 30 GHz) in Altium, manage Altium Enterprise component libraries, create drawings/BOMs, maintain templates, generate schematic symbols/footprints, and collaborate with hardware and mechanical engineers using MS Teams, Confluence, and Jira.

Lead end-to-end design of complex, high-reliability electronics for space and airborne systems. Responsibilities include architecture, schematic and PCB design (Altium), signal and power integrity analysis, bring-up and verification, production release, technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-disciplinary coordination with software, mechanical, manufacturing, and test teams.

Drive process improvement for NPI, manufacturing, and supply chain of aerospace electronic assemblies. Conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze data (SQL), map processes, identify gaps, document and train users, recommend automation and improvements, and collaborate with engineering, program management, and suppliers to industrialize high-reliability production.

Support senior leadership on corporate strategy including M&A ideation/analysis/execution, capital raises, market and legislative analysis, and formation/management of international entities. Work cross-functionally to develop and execute strategic initiatives, present data-driven recommendations, and manage multiple high-priority workstreams in a fast-paced, in-person environment at the Austin HQ.

Lead day-to-day digital communications and social media across platforms. Develop and execute integrated social strategies, manage editorial calendars, create and publish content, coordinate cross-functional approvals, track analytics and performance, support executive visibility and recruiting, and provide trade show/event coverage. Maintain content libraries, ensure brand and legal alignment, and optimize processes for timely execution and audience engagement. Travel up to 10% for events.

Lead architecture and development of high-speed digital, DSP, and RF communications products for space and terrestrial platforms. Provide technical leadership for proposals, feasibility studies, pre-contract engineering, make-vs-buy decisions, technology evaluations, and transfer of R&D into production while mentoring cross-functional teams.

Lead end-to-end architecture of space and airborne ISR RF payloads (radar, wideband sensing), translating mission goals into antenna, front-end, digitization, and processing designs; drive trade studies, digital beamforming and phased-array concepts, mentor engineers, support proposals, and validate systems.

Design, implement, and automate board-level test architectures for power, digital, and RF electronics. Develop test software (data logging, equipment interfaces), execute prototype/qualification/acceptance tests, evaluate results, advise on design-for-test, and support lab buildout, documentation, and training.
