Lead planning and execution of test milestones across space product lines: develop schedules, manage vendors and budgets, coordinate test fixtures and instrumentation, track risks, validate test data, and drive cross-team issue resolution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of test capabilities.

Lead a small team to develop spacecraft mechanical systems from concept through flight. Responsible for mechanical design, electronics packaging, thermal architecture, deployable/actuated structures, analysis, manufacturing, AI&T, environmental test campaigns, review of structural and thermal analysis, interfacing with cross-functional teams, presenting to customers, and supporting proposals and in-orbit issues.

Lead mechanical design for Cesium spacecraft across all development phases: requirements, trades, CAD/FEA, thermal and structural analysis, manufacturing, testing, qualification, and in-orbit support. Provide on-site IT support for a Colorado office: deploy and administer Windows and Ubuntu desktops/servers and VMs, manage AD, networking, file storage, conferencing A/V, licensing inventory, ticketed user support, documentation, and suggest infrastructure improvements.

Design, implement, and execute board-level test plans and test systems for power, digital, and RF electronics. Develop test software, select equipment and fixtures, perform debugging and analysis, advise on design-for-test, document and present results, and support lab buildout and technician training for aerospace communication products.

Coordinate end-to-end recruiting activities including scheduling interviews, managing job postings and the ATS (Lever), candidate communications, onboarding logistics, internship program coordination, and recruitment metrics/reporting. Support university relations, local events, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR to deliver a positive candidate experience.

Provide hands-on production engineering and test support for PCBA and RF/microwave communications hardware. Troubleshoot PCB-level, digital, embedded, and mixed-signal issues; perform root cause analysis, support LRIP-to-production transitions, optimize yields, collaborate with design teams on DFM/DFT, and implement process improvements to ensure product reliability and manufacturability.

Provide hands-on engineering support for PCBA and RF/microwave production: troubleshoot and root-cause failures, support LRIP and production transitions, debug digital and embedded systems, collaborate on DFM/DFT, drive process and yield improvements, and lead corrective action investigations to ensure reliability and manufacturability.

Lead program performance and day-to-day execution for space hardware subsystems or payloads. Own cost, schedule, technical performance, customer interactions, risk-based decisions, metrics, baselines, and reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams and subcontractors, develop WBS, cost/staffing plans, integrated schedules, and drive programs to delivery while improving processes and mentoring program staff.

Lead sales, marketing, and business development for aerospace/RF telecommunications customers. Maintain market analysis, pursue opportunities (RF/telecom/DOD), write RFI/RFP responses, coordinate with engineering, shape strategy and R&D roadmaps, and drive top-line revenue.
