Participate in a 12-week hybrid internship testing and optimizing drone avionics for wireless compatibility. Perform benchtop testing, flight-log analysis, circuit troubleshooting, soldering, rework, and debugging of desense issues. Develop sourcing and hiring strategies, advise director-level leaders, negotiate complex compensation packages, close executive and passive candidates, and provide talent-market insights. Improve recruiting operations through data-driven process optimization, automation, talent intelligence, and AI-enabled assessment and interview tools while delivering a high-touch candidate experience and supporting employer brand growth.

The Analytics Manager analyzes complex datasets, builds models, conducts scenario analyses, and provides strategic recommendations to guide decision-making for leadership.

Own company-wide financial consolidation, executive reporting, financial data governance, spend governance, and cash flow forecasting. Build scalable financial processes, data taxonomies, systems architecture, and automated workflows. Lead monthly reporting and annual budgeting while partnering with Accounting, Treasury, Supply Chain Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders. Translate complex financial data into strategic narratives for senior leadership and support working capital and runway planning.
